What We Cater

One kitchen, every kind of celebration

We bring the kitchen to you, from portable ovens to a 900 lb mobile wood-fired grill, so every plate arrives fresh and full of flavor wherever you gather.

Holly Tate, founder
Steeped in a lifetime of Southwestern spice and formally trained in Paris, France, Holly first entered the catering scene in Winston-Salem when she founded the popular Everyday Gourmet Cooking School.
Chef Ben, 25 years in the kitchen
He is the chef who will cook 300 steaks to perfection, each one just as impeccably done as the last, and a silky mushroom risotto for 450 guests without sacrificing flavor, texture, or temperature.

    The kitchen comes to you, wood-fired grill and all, with a team that refills glasses and clears plates before anyone has to ask.
